Editorial Policy

The Strength Exchange publishes training and performance content that prioritizes safety, clarity, and results over trends. We aim to provide programming guidance and exercise education that readers can apply responsibly.

When we reference scientific research, we prefer primary studies, systematic reviews, and reputable summaries. We avoid overstating conclusions and we note limitations — training history, injury status, sleep, nutrition, and individual response can all change results. When we make practical recommendations, we separate evidence-based guidance from coaching judgment and clearly frame suggestions as options, not guarantees.

Each article is edited for technical accuracy (exercise names, cues, loading guidance), reader safety (contraindications, progression), and plain-language clarity. We avoid dangerous instructions, unrealistic timelines, and sensational claims. We also review older articles and update them when evidence, best practices, or platform rules change.

Content on this site is informational and not medical advice. If you have pain, injuries, or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional.
